Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd gets tender from GMSH, Chandigarh

The Health Department, U.T., Chandigarh has awarded a Tender for Development, Operation and Maintenance of Radiology Imaging Diagnostic Centre in The Government Multi Speciality Hospital, Sector - 16, Chandigarh (GMSH-16) on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

As per the Tender awarded, the Company will develop, operate and maintain Radiology Imaging Diagnostic Center at Government Multi Specialty Hospital, Sector - 16, Chandigarh.

The Company is in the process of entering into contract with Department of Health Department, U.T., Chandigarh for providing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services as per Tender awarded.

The nature of this Project will be to Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain ("DBFOM") Radiology Imaging Diagnostic Center at the allocated location.

The Company to ensure the commencement of operation within a period of 120 days (approx. 4 months) from the date of signing of contract by both the parties under the Project.

The initial tenure of contract will be for 5 years from the date of its signing. The same is extendible for further period of 5 years.

The Tender has been awarded for setting up of 1.5 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) at GMSH-16, Chandigarh, to the Company as a L1 bidder. The consideration / size of the contract cannot be revealed upfront being an ongoing project.

Shares of Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 657.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 661.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4942 in over 563 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 662.70 and intraday low of 638.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3220309.00.
