Tube Investments of India Ltd declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Tube Investments of India Ltd at its meeting held on February 07, 2022, has approved payment of an Interim Dividend at Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) per equity share of the face value of Re. 1/- each of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2022.

The Record Date for determining the members eligible to receive the aforesaid Interim Dividend was fixed as Friday, 18th February 2Q22.

The Interim Dividend will be paid on March 04, 2022.
