Kaira Can AGM approves 25% dividend

Kaira Can Company Ltd has announced that that the members at the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of @ 25% per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2006.
