IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd in its meeting held on today i.e. 4th February 2022 has considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four Only) per Equity Share of Face Value Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-222. Fixed 16th February 2022 (Wednesday) as the Record Date to determine the names of the equity shareholders, who shall be entitled to receive the above said Interim Dividend. The payment of the Interim Dividend shall be made to the eligible shareholders before 5th March 2022.
