Minda Corporation Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Minda Corporation Limited at their meeting held on today i.e Friday, February 04, 2022 have considered and approved the declaration of Interim dividend @ 15 % i.e. Rs. 0.30/- per equity share on 239,079,428 equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each.

The Board has fixed Wednesday, February 16, 2022, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of interim dividend for the year 2021-22.

The Dividend shall be paid / dispatched on or before Friday, March 04, 2022.

Shares of Minda Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 204.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 200.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 106253 in over 1836 trades.
