Dhanuka Agritech Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd in their Meeting held today i.e 02nd Feb 2022 has, considered and approved the Payment of Interim Dividend @400% i.e Rs. 8 per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2 each to the Equity Shareholders of the Company.

The Board of Directors has fixed Saturday, February 12, 2022 as Record Date for the purpose of determining the names of the Members to whom the Interim dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 will be paid.

The said Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before Thursday March 03, 2022.

Shares of Dhanuka Agritech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 776.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 754.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23480 in over 2012 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 788.70 and intraday low of 752.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18150725.00.
