Exide Industries Ltd declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Exide Industries Ltd have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2.00 (200%) per Equity share of Re. 1.00 each fully paid up for the financial year 2021-22 and the interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration i.e. before 1st March 2022.

The board of directors have fixed Tuesday, 8th February, 2022 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22. Accordingly, interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose name appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, 8th February 2022.

Shares of Exide Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 173.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 175.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 410703 in over 5116 trades.
