Acrysil Ltd to form subsidiary for Ceramic Kitchen Sinks, bath products

The Board of Directors of Acrysil Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, January 27, 2022, considered and approved the proposal of incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company for carrying out the business of manufacturing and sale of Ceramic Kitchen Sinks & bath products etc.

Shares of Acrysil Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 775.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 762.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9168 in over 1525 trades.
