A meeting of the Board of Directors ("Board") of Panacea Biotec Limited ('the Company') will be held on Tuesday, February 01, 2022 at New Delhi to, consider and approve the proposal of raising funds in such manner and on such terms as may be decided by the Board of Directors of the Company and / or its subsidiary company, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required.
The Board would also consider convening Extra-ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders for seeking their approval.
