Zensar Technologies Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd have approved the declaration of Interim dividend of INR 1.50 per equity share of INR 2 each (i.e. 75%) for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The record date has been fixed as February 4, 2022, for the aforesaid interim dividend and related matters.

Shares of Zensar Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 410.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 416.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 236046 in over 11304 trades.
