Greenpanel Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Greenpanel Industries Ltd in their meeting held on January 24,2022, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share i.e., 150% on face value of Rs.1/- per share for the financial year 2021-22.

The Company shall arrange to pay the above lnterim Dividend on or before February 23, 2022, to the equity shareholders of the company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as Beneficial owners of shares as on February 3, 2022, which is the record date fixed for the said purpose.

Shares of Greenpanel Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 482.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 451.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55771 in over 4138 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 485.95 and intraday low of 434.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26216862.00.
