Vardhman Textiles Ltd approves stock split

The Board of Directors of Vardhman Textiles Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 22nd January, 2022, have considered and approved the split/ sub-division of equity shares of the Company from face value of Rs. 10/- per share to Rs. 2/- per share, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company which will be sought in due course of time through Postal Ballot.

The board also approved amendment in the Memorandum of Association of the company on account of sub-division / split of equity shares of the company from face value of Rs. 10 each into Rs. 2 each, subject to the approval of the members of the company.

Shares of Vardhman Textiles Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2713.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2817.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19167 in over 3673 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2880.00 and intraday low of 2700.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 53407251.00.
