Adcon Capital Services Ltd Board approves Sub-division of Equity Shares & Rights Issue

The Board of Directors of Adcon Capital Services Ltd at its meeting held on January 21, 2022 has approved the sub-division of face value of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 1/- each.

The board also approved proposal to raise further Capital by way of Rights Issue, not exceeding Rs.30 Crores (Rupees Thirty Crores) in terms of the provisions of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and applicable provisions.
