HPCL AGM approves Rs.3 dividend, to delist from Delhi, Kolkata and Madras Stock exchange

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has announced that that the members at the 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 14, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final equity dividend at the rate of 30% i.e. Rs 3/- per equity share out of the profits of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.

To delist the equity shares of the Company from Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd, Kolkatta Stock exchange Ltd and Madras Stock Exchange Ltd.
