Royal Enfield Motorcycles posts 7% YoY growth in December 2021 sales

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures of Royal Enfield motorcycles for the month of December 2021. The company has sold 73739 motorcycles during December 2021, as compared to 68995 units in December 2020, registering an increase of 7% YoY.

The company has sold 62543 units of models with engine capacity upto 350cc in December 2021 as against 63580 units in December 2020, down by 2% YoY.

The company has sold 11196 units of models with engine capacity exceeding 350cc during December 2021 as compared to 5415 units in December 2020, an increase of 107% YoY.

Exports stood at 8552 units in December 2021 as against 3503 units in December 2020, an increase of 144% YoY.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2589.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2557.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21718 in over 2902 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2602.80 and intraday low of 2550.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56118207.00.
