Eicher Motors Ltd reports 25.8% YoY increase in December 2021 sales volume

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for Eicher Trucks and Buses & Volvo Trucks for the month of December 2021. The company has sold 6154 vehicles during December 2021, as against 4892 in December 2020 registering a growth of 25.8% YoY.

The company has sold 6002 Eicher Trucks and Buses in December 2021, as compared to 4687 in December 2020, growth of 28.1% YoY. The domestic sales of Eicher Trucks and Buses stood at 5192 units in December 2021, 27.6% higher than 4069 units in December 2020. The exports of Eicher Trucks and Buses increased 31.1% YoY to 810 units in December 2021, as compared to 618 units in December 2020.

The company has sold 152 Volvo Trucks during December 2021 as against 205 units in December 2020, a drop of 25.9% YoY.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2589.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2557.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21718 in over 2902 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2602.80 and intraday low of 2550.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56118207.00.
