Steel Strips Wheels Limited's promoters reduce pledged shares

The promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 19594804 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels Limited, which is 62.77% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 4892694 equity shares were pledged which is 15.67% of total paid up capital of the company and 24.97% of total promoter shareholding.

On 29.12.2021, 1084000 shares were pledged and on 30.12.2021, 2147250 shares were released from pledge, accordingly, now the total number of shares pledged has reduced to 3829444 which is 12.26% of total paid up capital of the company and 19.54% of total promoter shareholding.
