Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd receives LOA for new project

Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd has received the 'Letter of Award (LOA)' for the Consultancy Services as the Independent Engineer for Supervision of Development of Six Lane Chittoor-Thatchur Highway from Km 61.380 to Km 116.100 on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojna in the state of Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu on HAM Mode (Package II) from the office of General Manager (Tech), National Highways Authority of India, New Delhi ('the Authority') having reference No. NHAI/BM/Chittoor-Thatchur/IE/PkgII/2021/2013 dated December 23, 2021 as received on December 23, 2021 directly by the Company i.e. Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited & in association with Global Infra Solutions & in association with Kaius Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Fees towards the Independent Engineer's Services for the said Project will be Rs. 5,13,00,000/- excluding taxes (Rupees Five Crores Thirteen Lacs Only). The Contract period will be 48 (Forty Eight) months.

The Company need to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee / Security within 15 days from the receipt of the LOA, post which all the statutory formalities covering signing of agreement as per RFP shall take place.

Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 57.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 55.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4737 in over 81 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 57.50 and intraday low of 54.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 267645.00.
