Monnet Ispat allots 139123 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Monnet Ispat Ltd has announced that the Company has increased the paid-up equity share capital by making an allotment of 139123 equity shares of Rs 10/- each upon conversion of 10 FCCBs due 2011.
