Sahyadri Industries Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Sahyadri Industries Ltd, at its meeting held today i.e. on 21st December 2021, which commenced at 04.30 P.M. and concluded at 04.55 P.M. considered and approved the Interim Dividend of INR 3.00 per Equity Share of INR 10 each for Financial Year 2021-22. The Interim Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, the 31st December 2021.
