L G Balakrishnan & Bros. Ltd allotted land for new project at Butibori Industrial Area, Nagpur

L G Balakrishnan & Bros. Ltd had applied for the allotment of Leasehold Land admeasuring 60000 sq.mtr. in Additional Butibori Industrial Area - Nagpur for setting up of Manufacturing Plant for which the Company has filed necessary application with authorities of Additional Butibori Industrial Area - Nagpur.

The Company has received the Letter of Intent for the said land from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation vide their letter No. MIDC/RON/3822/2021 dated 14th December, 2021 received on 16th December, 2021 and the Company has paid the EMD amount of Rs.2,63,25,000/- today.

The details of the project to be undertaken on the along with the Cost/Means of Finance will be announced in the due course of time.

Shares of LG Balakrishnan & Bros Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 581.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 618.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 83815 in over 5319 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 631.60 and intraday low of 577.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49922287.00.
