EKI Energy Services Limited inks JV agreement with Shell Overseas Investment B.V.

EKI Energy Services Limited has today, i.e., 17 day of December, 2021, executed a Joint Venture Agreement with "Shell Overseas Investment B.V., the Netherlands (Group of Royal Dutch Shell, Globally Fortune 5th rank group)", for the purpose with regards to reduction of impact of the greenhouse gases and providing offsets to emissions through Nature Based Solutions in the areas of forestry, agriculture including agroforestry, horticulture, grasslands, wetlands, blue carbon, peatlands etc.

Shares of EKI Energy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6095.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5805.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16950 in over 90 trades.
