Swan Energy Ltd to join HML as strategic partner for Reliance Naval resolution plan

Swan Energy Limited has decided to join M/s Hazel Mercantile Limited (HML), as a strategic partner through a SPV, in the event Resolution Plan, submitted by HML to acquire M/s Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited (RNRL) from NCLT, is approved.
