Ador Multi Products Limited increases stake in E-Ventures Pvt Ltd to 75.54%

The subsidiary of Ador Multi Products Limited i.e. 1908 E-Ventures Private Limited has issued and allotted 4,57,142 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at issue price of Rs. 35/- per shares for a consideration other than cash i.e. on account of conversion of existing 16,00,000 9.5%Compulsorily Convertible Debenture of Rs. 10 each.

Pursuant to the issue of Equity Shares by 1908 E-Ventures Private Limited, the number of shares held by Ador Multi Products in its subsidiary company has increased from 2717980 Equity Shares to 3175122 Equity Shares, and the percentage holding has increased from 72.55% to 75.54%.
