JMC Projects India Ltd allots 990 NCDs, raises Rs. 99 crore

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of JMC Projects India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. December 15, 2021 has allotted 990 Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 99,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety Nine Crore Only) divided in Series A Debentures (250 Nos.), Series B Debentures (250 Nos.), Series C Debentures (250 Nos.) and Series D Debentures (240 Nos.) on private placement basis. The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.

Shares of JMC Projects (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 98.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 98.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7905 in over 342 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 99.95 and intraday low of 95.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 782308.00.
