Bharat Gears Ltd allots shares issued on rights basis

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Bharat Gears Ltd at its Meeting held on December 15, 2021 considered and approved the allotment of 9,30,610 (Nine Lakhs Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Ten) Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) on rights basis to the existing Shareholders of the Company at a price of Rs. 105/- (Rupees One Hundred Five) per equity share in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. 1 (One) Equity Share for every 10 (Ten) Equity Shares held as on record date i.e. October 29, 2021. The meeting of the Finance Committee commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 01:40 P.M. You are requested to kindly take the same on records.
