SpiceJet enters into Settlement Agreement with De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited

SpiceJet Limited has announced that on December 13, 2021 it has entered into a settlement agreement with the aircraft manufacturer of DHC-8-400 aircraft (De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited) wherein the parties have agreed to settle all their disputes under and related to the aircraft purchase agreement and component solution agreement, subject to compliance with the terms of settlement.

All related proceedings before the UK Court and Execution proceedings before the Delhi High Court have been stayed and will be withdrawn upon compliance with the settlement terms.

Shares of SPICEJET LTD was last trading in BSE at Rs. 69.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 70.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 509909 in over 4556 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 70.15 and intraday low of 69.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35526273.00.
