Taparia Tools Ltd board to consider interim dividend on Dec 20, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Taparia Tools Ltd will be held on Monday, the 20th December 2021 at 12.00 Noon at the Registered Office of the Company at 52 & 52B, MIDC Area, Satpur, Nashik - 422007 (Maharashtra) to consider and approve Interim Dividend on Equity Shares from the Distributable Profit for the period from 01/04/2021 to 30/09/2021 and other matters.

The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 13th December, 2021 till 22 nd December, 2021 (both days inclusive) for promoters, directors, designated employees and others covered under the said code. The Meeting will be conducted by Video Conference.
