IIFL Securities Ltd to sell its stake in Trendlyne

IIFL Securities Limited ('the Company') has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on December 10, 2021 for the sale of its entire stake (21.47%) in Giskard Datatech Private Limited ('Trendlyne'), an associate of the Company, to IIFL Capital Enhance Fund (AIF Category II).

Upon completion of formalities under the SPA, Trendlyne will cease to be an associate of the Company.

Shares of IIFL Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 93.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36608 in over 703 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 93.75 and intraday low of 89.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3358370.00.
