• The company has realized pre-sales volumes of 1.56 mn sq ft, 3.00 mn sq ft, and 3.25 mn sq ft of saleable area during H1 FY22, FY21 and FY20 valued at ₹587.4 crore, ₹1,244.3 crore and ₹1,148.6 crore respectively.
