Sonata Software Ltd forms subsidiary in Canada

Sonata Software Canada Limited (hereinafter referred to as "SSCL") has been incorporated in Canada as a Wholly owned subsidiary of Sonata Software North America (hereinafter referred to as "SSNA") and as a step down subsidiary of Sonata Software Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Company") with effect from 3rd December, 2021.

The subscribed share capital of SSCL is CAD 100 (100 common shares) for which no government/ regulatory approval is required. The initial subscription in SSCL by the SSNA does not fall under the purview of Company's Related Party transaction and the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies do not have any interest in SSCL.

Shares of Sonata Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 829.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 817.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9861 in over 1170 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 833.85 and intraday low of 819.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8169358.00.
