Bloom Industries Limited gets approval for listing of shares allotted in preferential issue

Pursuant to the receipt of the in-principle approval and the listing approval dated October 12, 2021 and November 22, 2021 respectively, from BSE, for the Preferential Issue of 19,34,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each, made to individuals and bodies corporate forming part of the promoter group; and bodies corporate forming part of the public category of the Company, pursuant to the "trading approval" received from BSE vide their letter dated December 03, 2021 the said 19,34,000 equity shares issued and allotted in the Preferential Issue will be listed and traded on BSE with effect from Monday, December 06, 2021.

Consequently, the listed equity shares of the Company will stand enhanced to 66,40,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each.
