Olectra Greentech Limited acquires 26% stake in EVEY Trans JAB Pvt Ltd

Olectra Greentech Limited (the 'Company') has acquired 2,600 equity shares (26% stake) of Rs. 101- each in 'EVEY TRANS (JAB) PRIVATE LIMITED' (CIN: U50100TG2020PTC139118) which is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad.

The Associate Company will be into the business of owning, operating andor leasing of electric vehicles (specifically for one of the contracts awarded to the Consortium (where the Company and EmY were members) as Special Purpose Vehicle in terms of the tender conditions).

Balance 74% stake is held by EVEY TRANS PRIVATE LIMITED (EVEY) both EVEY and Company are under common control with NEIL Holdings Ltd.

Shares of Olectra Greentech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 780.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 816.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23760 in over 1065 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 835.00 and intraday low of 775.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18940380.00.
