IndoThai Securities Ltd to form subsidiary

The Board of Directors of IndoThai Securities Limited in their meeting held today, has approved the incorporation of a subsidiary Green Hydrogen Credit Limited / Green Carbon Limited or such other name which will be approved by the Central Registration Centre (CRC) of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

The proposed subsidiary shall be engaged in establishment and carrying on the business of research, development, marketing, selling and distribution of such product/s which will be used for eliminating pollution created by the surface transport.

Shares of Indo Thai Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 125.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6097 in over 135 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 128.95 and intraday low of 124.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 765358.00.
