Acknit Industries Ltd acquires land and assets through e-auction

As per the approval of the Board of Directors in their meeting to acquire/purchase of Land & other assets at Falta, FIGC, Sector-III, West Bengal, the Company has acquired through E-Auction under Regulation 32(c) read with regulation 33(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016, Land aggregating to about 4.22 acres (more or less) and other assets for future expansion.

Shares of ACKNIT INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 119.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 123.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2964 in over 45 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 124.25 and intraday low of 118.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 355603.00.
