Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation which is scheduled to be held on October 18, 2006, will not consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Corporation for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2006. However, the meeting will consider the other items on the agenda.
Further the Corporation has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2006, to consider the Unaudited Financial results for the Second quarter ended September 30, 2006 (Q2).
