Tide Water Oil Company India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 20

The board of directors of Tide Water Oil Company India Ltd have declared Interim Dividend of 1000% (Rs. 20/- per ordinary share of face value of Rs. 2/- each) for the year 2021-22.

The board has determined Tuesday, 23rd November, 2021, as the record date for the purpose of the aforesaid Interim Dividend distribution. Dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration (i.e. within Sunday, 12th December, 2021).
