Premco Global Ltd board approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Premco Global Ltd at its meeting have considered & approved the payment of 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs.4/- per share of Rs.10 each (40%) for the financial year 2021-2022.

The 2nd Interim Dividend, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose name appear on the register of Members of the company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, November 23, 2021which is the Record date fixed for the purpose. The 2nd Interim Dividend shall be paid to shareholders on or before 10 December 2021.
