Foods & Inns Ltd receives approval for listing from NSE

Foods & Inns Ltd has obtained approval from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'NSE') for the purpose of listing of Company's Equity Shares having face value of Re. 1/- only on NSE's Trading platform.

The Company has been allotted symbol - 'FOODSIN' for this purpose and shares of the Company shall be listed and admitted to dealings on NSE with effect from November 16, 2021.

Shares of FOODS & INNS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 85.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 82.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 101356 in over 492 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 86.50 and intraday low of 81.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8506323.00.
