V S T Tillers Tractors Ltd to invest further in Zimeno Inc

V.S.T Tillers Tractors Limited ('the Company') at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 9, 2021, has further decided / agreed to invest USD 1.6 million in Series B preferred Stock of Zimeno Inc, a Company incorporated in the State of California, The United States of America (USA).

Zimeno Inc is in the Development of Electric Driver optional Tractor. The company is holding about 2% shares in the Zimeno Inc before this investment. Now Company will further invest in Series B preferred Stocks to retain same shareholding % in the investee company.
