SMC Global Securities Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of SMC Global Securities Ltd at its meeting held today i.e, November 8, 2021, have approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of 60% on the face value Rs. 2 of equity shares of the Company for FY 2021-22 to the shareholders of the Company whose names shall appear in the Company's Registrar of Members as at the end of business hours on the record date i.e. 16 November, 2021.
