Universal Autofoundry Ltd Board gets approval for Bonus Issue, migration to main board

The board of directors of Universal Autofoundry Ltd have passed the resolutions with requisite majority on 05.11.2021 for proposal to increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company and consequent amendment to Memorandum of Association of the Company and issue of Bonus Shares.

The proposal for migration of the Company from BSE SME (SME Platform)to BSE Limited was also approved.
