NACL Industries Ltd board declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of NACL Industries Ltd in its meeting held on Friday, October 29, 2021, has considered and declared Second Interim Dividend of Re.0.15/- per equity share (i.e. 15% on equity shares of face value of Rs.1/- each) for the financial year 2021-22.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Friday, November 12, 2021 and said dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of NACL Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 74.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 75.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 225 in over 33 trades.
