Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs 5/- (Rupees Five only) per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for Financial Year 2021-22 and fixed 9th November 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive interim dividend. Payment of dividend/despatch of dividend warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration of interim dividend.
