The Board of Directors of Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has fixed the Record Date as Monday, November 22, 2021, for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of shareholders pursuant to sub-division of equity shares of the Company from the existing 1 (one) equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each into 2 (Two) equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each, as approved by the shareholders in the 35th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021.
