Ador Multi Products Limited's subsidiary 1908 E-Ventures Private Limited has issued and allotted 5,46,973 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at issue price of Rs. 66/- per shares on 20th October, 2021 to the Investors, Directors and Promoters.

Pursuant to the issue of Equity Shares by 1908 E-Ventures Private Limited in the above mentioned manner the number of shares held by Ador Multi Products in its subsidiary company has increased from 2452829 Equity Shares to 2717980 Equity Shares, however the percentage holding has decreased from 76.67% to 72.55%.
