Maitri Enterprises Ltd board approves preferential issue at Rs. 10.80 per share

The Board of Directors of Maitri Enterprises Ltd at its meeting held on Wednesday, 13th October, 2021 have considered and decided to Issue 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lacs) Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 10.80/- each to Promoter and Promoter Group on preferential basis, subject to shareholders and other necessary approvals.
