TCS appoints Mr. Pradeep M. Gaitonde as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

The Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) has, at its meeting held today, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mr. Pradeep M. Gaitonde as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from November 1, 2021, to take over from Mr. Rajendra Moholkar.

Mr. Pradeep M. Gaitonde is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He has degrees in Commerce and General Law. He is presently the Finance Head for TCS Europe and UK. He joined TCS in 2006 and has over thirty years experience in finance, governance and secretarial functions.
