IM+ Capitals Ltd receives order from NCLT for resolution plan of Fedders Electric and Engineering Ltd

IM+ Capitals Limited ('the Company') has now received the written order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, dated October 6, 2021, under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, as amended, approving the resolution plan submitted by the company in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Fedders Electric & Engineering Limited ("Resolution Plan").
