Engineers India Ltd updates on additional charge as Director Finance

The Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India vide its letter no. CA31018/2/2021-PNG (38061) dated 20.09.2021 (received on 05.10.2021), has communicated that ACC has approved the proposal for extension of additional charge of the post of Director (Finance), Engineers India Limited assigned to Smt. Vartika Shukla, Chairman & Managing Director, Engineers India Limited, for a period of three months w.e.f. 01.10.2021 or till appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.

Shares of Engineers India Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 78.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 215012 in over 1738 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 80.75 and intraday low of 78.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17031790.
